On 10.10.10 Enlightenment Teacher/spiritual psychologist, Dave Oshana, gives a unique meditation workshop at Helsinki's Hengen ja Tiedon messut (exhibition) on in the mini-seminar room.

Meditation is a natural state. The human body falls into meditation every easily. The key to meditation is simply to go with the inner flow. Sometimes a person is distracted. There are methods to deal with these distractions. Meditation is successful with adequate preparation.

Meditation is not separate from everyday life and can be integrated into your lifestyle without using force. There is always an optimal time for you to meditate and you can identify it, then meditation will happen effortlessly and spontaneously.

Meditation happens when you simply allow your attention to move with the inward flow of consciousness. I can create the appropriate atmosphere and guide your awareness toward the core of yourself. You will make an inward journey. Every day we make journeys, these are necessary for our growth and development.

In this class I will explain how you can meditate at home. I will guide you with my voice into deep relaxation and show you how to remove tension. You will discover how to do this by yourself. Meditation can happen in position, standing, sitting or moving. For beginner's I recommend that you lay down if possible. This will remove stress from your muscles and nervous system. When you return to ordinary consciousness then you will have recovered a deeper understanding of your Self and life. This wisdom will start to guide you in everyday life.
